Visit one of Sweden's largest vineyards and learn more about grape varieties, annual management, challenges and opportunities with viticulture in a cold climate. Learn more about how to distill spirits. 

Lottenlund Estate welcomes you to a guided tour in the vineyards where the vines dance, the bees buzz and the birds chirp. During the visit you will learn about viticulture in a cold climate, how we make our wines and how distilled spritits is made. During the visit  you will experience a tasting of two wines and 2 distilled spirits from the estate. 

 

Most of the time we have beautiful weather at Lottenlund, but sometimes there can be some rain and then it is good to adapt clothes according to the weather as the tour begins in the vineyards.  Walking-friendly shoes are preferred as the vineyard walk takes about 30 minutes and the distance we walk is about 0.5-1 km

  • Guided tour of the vineyard where you will learn about the vineyards, the vinification process, how to distill spirits and the sensory experience of the wines produced on the farm. 
  • Tasting of two different wines and two spirits from the estate where visitors also get an insight into food & drink in combination.
  • Learn more about the challenges a vineyard has in a cold climate but also what advantages there are for Swedish wine now and in the future.

This visit is only available for people over 18 years of age.
Umbrellas are available to borrow if needed.
